The initial intake session includes:
Reviewing of consent forms
Discussing the reason for therapy
Receiving recommendations for treatment
Requesting prior authorization from insurance to conduct therapy if needed
(Couples only) Discussing the couples questionnaire and more in-depth relationship history
60 mins | $250
*After the initial intake session, individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes at $220 per session and couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes at $250 per session.

All services are offered in virtual and in-person formats for those residing in the state of Georgia.
If you reside in a PSYPACT state, services are only available in virtual format. Virtual sessions are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant, web-based platform.

Payment
Acceptable payment forms include cash, check, and the following credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show for an appointment, you will be financially responsible for that session.
*I do not accept insurance, but I am an out-of-network provider. Contact your insurance provider to gather details about out-of-network coverage (you can do this by calling the number on the back of your insurance card, or sometimes by contacting them via their website). If you have a health insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company for a percentage of the session cost. If this is the case, make sure you understand your policy’s deductible, co-pay, and reimbursement policies. Further, you’ll want to ask them where you can send a “Superbill,” which is a form that I will give you after each visit that documents our appointment.
